1 – If less than 4 passengers the operator of the flight reserves the right to reschedule the flight to another time of day.
1 – Tour times are approximate and may vary depending on weather conditions and unforeseen issues. Helicopter type and tour itineraries are subject to change without notice.
2 – The operator , reserves the right to change or cancel flights at any time for any reasonable cause and circumstances outside their control. In circumstances where the operator does not accept a booking, that is publically available, paid for and within their control, GibHeli is not responsible for refund of the paid amount.
4 – Late minutes delays and/or cancellations caused outside the operator control might occur, including but not limited to; Airport Services and Handling (lack of staff, increased security, strikes, ATC restriction), Custom, Security.
The operator will do the utmost to minimize the unforeseen delays. In case of cancellation; if customer is unable to reschedule, the operator will refund the payment they have received from GibHeli. Sales markup is not refundable.
5 – All passengers must be able to provide valid passport.
6 – All passengers will have to verify their body weight. This is for safety reason, linked to weight and balance calculations of each flight. Passengers that refuse doing so might be denied boarding without the possibility for refund.
7- If any damage to helicopter or equipment caused by the passenger, he/she will be held financially responsible.
8 – It is the Customers responsibility to read and understand all terms and conditions
1 – Helicopter stationed in Gibraltar is EC130B4, with a capacity of 6-7 passengers. The operator reserve the right to change helicopter type at any time based upon availability. All helicopters within the operators fleet are approved for all type of helicopter missions within our product range.
1 – The pilot always has the final word with regards to operational issues including weather. If the pilot is not comfortable to perform the flight, it will be cancelled or rescheduled.
1 – The duration of all flights is from the rotor starts to turn, until the rotor stops after a flight.
2 – The announced duration of the trips may vary depending on helicopter type and total weight. Weather conditions may also affect the duration.
1 – The announced maximum weights of 620 kg must not be exceeded. If passengers have given wrong information, this might cause pilot to reduce number of passengers onboard, resulting in leaving passengers behind. Passenger who has caused mentioned situation will be held financially responsible.
2 – The Pilot will always decide the maximum weight of each flight based on weight and balance of the helicopter. If the pilot decides to reduce number of passengers, the pilot’s decision is final.
3 – Cancellation policy
Cancellations more than 14 days before flight is 10%.
Cancellations between 14 days and 7 days before flight will be assessed a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations between 7 days and 24 hours will be assesed a 75% cancellation fee.
Cancellation less than 24 hours before departure or no-shows, will be assessed a 100% cancellation fee.
4 – In case of cancellations due to bad weather (heavy rain, low cloud ceiling, extreme winds, bird activity which makes flying impossible): passenger can always contact the operator on the same day of the flight to reschedule for another time or day. If passengers are unable to reschedule their flight, they will receive a full refund minus the sales markup. It is the pilot desision only, if there is a no-fly condition or not
5 – in case of heavy bird migration from Africa, flight might be cancelled or reduced to 6 passengers as a bird spotter accepted by the environmental authorities will have to join the flight to evaluate the scope of migration against bird strike risk. Passenger will have the option to choose another flight or a refund minus the sales markup.
